Dovetail Brewery’s Rauchbier is a masterful recreation of the Bamberg tradition, artfully balancing the savory depth of Beechwood smoked malt with a decadent malt core. Appearance. Deep coppery-brown with distinct reddish tones and brilliant clarity. It features a voluminous, off-white, rocky head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
