This collaborative American IPA showcases a vibrant hop profile driven by Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic, and Idaho 7, delivering a complex bouquet of tropical fruit, berries, and pine. The inclusion of HBC 630 and Nugget adds layers of stone fruit and subtle herbal spice. Built on a sturdy base of Maris Otter, the malt provides a biscuit-like foundation, while flaked oats and roasted wheat contribute a soft, rounded texture that tempers the firm bitterness. Fermented with a New E yeast strain, the beer offers a hint of fruity esters that complement the hop-forward character, resulting in a balanced, modern take on the style.

Appearance. Medium gold with an orange hue (8 SRM). Features a persistent, creamy off-white head with excellent lacing. Notable haze present due to the inclusion of flaked oats and roasted wheat.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, blueberry, and tropical fruit from Mosaic and Idaho 7. Subtile floral and cherry-like stone fruit esters from HBC 630. A supporting low, grainy, biscuit-like malt character from Maris Otter is present alongside clean, fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine. A moderate biscuit and toasted bread malt backbone provides balance. Bitterness is firm and medium-high, consistent with the style. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering berry and resinous hop aftertaste. High complexity with well-integrated flavors.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a noticeably smooth, slightly creamy texture derived from the oats. Carbonation is moderate. No harsh astringency from hops, and alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
