Appearance. 3.5 to 5 SRM. Brilliant clarity, medium yellow to light gold. Topped with a delicate white head that may show moderate persistence.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a dominant fresh watermelon character. Supporting notes of low grainy-sweet malt and subtle fruity, juicy hops. Very low pear or apple-like esters are present from the clean fermentation.
