Appearance. SRM 3–6. Deep gold with distinct pink and coral hues from the strawberry. Pours with a moderate white head that dissipates fairly quickly, leaving light lacing. Slight to moderate haze is present due to the heavy fruit additions.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh, pulpy Mango and sun-ripened Strawberry. A clean, lactic sourness provides a sharp, tangy edge. Very low malt presence, suggesting light crackers or wheat. No significant hop aroma or funky Brettanomyces character is detected; the focus remains purely on the fruit and bright acidity.
