Smooth Operator reimagines the traditional Cream Ale with a nostalgic, dessert-like twist while maintaining its refreshing roots. This straw-colored ale opens with a comforting bouquet of toasted cornflakes and delicate floral New Zealand honey, underpinned by a soft, natural whole bean vanilla sweetness. The palate is clean and crisp, balancing grainy malt with a creamy texture that evokes memories of a 1950s cream soda without the cloying sugar.
