This vibrant American Pale Ale centers on the lush, sun-ripened essence of over 250 kg of real nectarines, harmonized with the complex tropical profile of Mosaic hops. The sensory experience is led by a mellow stone fruit character that softens the hop-forward edge, delivering layers of peach and apricot alongside hints of berry and mango. A foundation of American Ale Malts provides a clean, grainy backbone, ensuring the fruit presence remains balanced rather than cloying. The finish is crisp and refreshing, defined by a moderate bitterness and a dry, lingering fruit-skin quality that invites another sip, showcasing a sophisticated interplay between orchard fruit and modern hops.
Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (6-8 SRM) with a slight, fruit-induced haze. Features a moderately large, off-white head with good retention and fine-beaded lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high aroma intensity defined by fresh nectarine and stone fruit. Mosaic hops contribute secondary notes of tropical mango, blueberry, and light resin. Supportive low grainy-sweet maltiness and a very clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is a burst of fresh nectarine and tropical fruit. The hop flavor is moderate to high, mirroring the aroma's berry and stone fruit traits. Medium-high bitterness provides balance against a neutral, bready malt backdrop from the American Ale Malts. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering note of fruit pith and floral hops.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a crisp effervescence. Negligible alcohol warmth and no perceived astringency.
