American IPA 7.5 º
This West Coast-style American IPA showcases a bright, aggressive hop profile designed for maximum impact. Pouring a clear medium gold with a persistent off-white head, it immediately releases an intense bouquet of resinous pine and citrus driven by Centennial hops. As the glass opens, El Dorado and Ekuanot contribute complex layers of tropical mango and ripe stone-fruit. The palate follows suit, delivering a firm, clean bitterness supported by a light, grainy malt backbone that ensures the hops remain the stars. High-strength yet remarkably drinkable, it finishes dry and crisp with a lingering, resinous hop character typical of its bold West Coast inspiration.
Appearance. Medium gold (8 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with excellent persistence and intricate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent resinous pine, grapefruit citrus, and tropical notes of pineapple and mango. Low, clean, grainy malt support with a neutral fermentation profile and a very subtle hint of alcohol warmth.
Taste. Vibrant hop-forward flavors of citrus rind and pine needles are followed by tropical fruit and peach. High bitterness that is firm but clean. Low grainy malt flavor provides a lean canvas. The finish is very dry with a long, resinous, and hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop oils. Moderate to medium-high carbonation. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any harshness or astringency.
