This vibrant Kettle Sour captures the essence of a classic Raspberry Ripple ice cream. The aroma is dominated by a high-intensity burst of fresh, jammy raspberries intertwined with the sweet, creamy perfume of real vanilla. Its appearance is a striking, hazy deep pink with a fleeting pastel head. On the palate, a clean lactic acidity provides a sharp counterpoint to the luscious fruit profile, while the vanilla lends a perceived sweetness and a rounded, silky texture. The finish is crisp yet lingering, leaving a refreshing trail of tart berry and soft cream, balancing the luxurious dessert-inspired elements with a refreshing, bright tartness.

Appearance. Hazy, vibrant deep pink to ruby red color. The head is pale pink, moderate to low in height, with relatively poor retention and minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh, jammy raspberry fruit. Notable secondary notes of creamy, sweet vanilla. Low bready malt character and a clean, sharp lactic sourness. No hop aroma or funk.
