This Hazy IPA is a vibrant sensory experience, radiating an intense juicy profile driven by a complex blend of Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7, Enigma, and Nelson Sauvin hops. On the nose, a rush of tropical stone fruit and bright citrus notes leads the way, supported by a clean, grainy malt backbone. The palate is soft and pillowy, mirroring the aroma with layers of mango, peach, and zesty grapefruit. Its smooth delivery and restrained bitterness make it highly approachable, finishing with a lingering fruity character and a clean, refreshing finish. This juicy banger captures the essence of the style with a dance of modern New World hop aromatics.

Appearance. Color is a hazy, opaque straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a luminous shine. It features a medium-to-large, rocky white head with excellent meringue-like retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit (peach, apricot) and citrus (tangerine, grapefruit) from the Mosaic and Citra. Subtle notes of white grape and tropical melon emerge from Nelson Sauvin and Enigma. The malt is low and neutral with a light bready character, while fermentation adds a clean, supportive fruity ester profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit juice. High hop flavors of mango, passion fruit, and citrus zest are prominent. Malt flavor is low to medium-low, providing a soft, grainy-sweet foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low, appearing soft rather than sharp. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering aftertaste of stone fruit and citrus without any harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy body. Carbonation is moderate. It possesses a smooth, velvety mouthfeel with no perceived astringency or hop burn. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated at 6.2% ABV.
