This Hazy IPA is a saturated exploration of mixed berry and tropical intensity, delivering a juice-forward experience. The complex dry hop regimen features HBC 630 and Enigma, driving punchy notes of raspberry, redcurrant, and sweet cherry. Azacca and Krush elevate the profile with layers of ripe mango and pineapple, while Idaho 7 provides a supportive stone fruit foundation. The inclusion of malted spelt in the grist contributes a remarkably soft, pillowy texture and a delicate bready sweetness. The result is a vibrant sensory profile where the fruit character is primary, balanced by a refined, creamy mouthfeel and a gentle, restrained bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. Supports a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by red berries, raspberry, and sweet cherry, followed by mango and citrus. Clean, bready, and grainy malt notes from the spelt provide a soft background, with no caramel or toast present.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the berry and tropical aroma. Initial impression is of mixed berry jam and pineapple. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that is well-integrated and never harsh. The malt flavor is low but supportive with a grainy, soft character. Finishes smooth and off-dry with a lingering berry aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable softness and creaminess from the specialty grains. Moderate carbonation with no astringency. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated.
