This brew highlights the vibrant interplay between Amarillo and Centennial hops, delivering a punchy sensory profile defined by bright orange zest, floral blossoms, and resinous grapefruit. Appearance. Color is medium gold to light reddish-amber (approx 7-9 SRM). The beer displays brilliant clarity and is topped by a persistent, off-white, medium-sized head that leaves consistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus notes of orange and lemon peel from Amarillo, complemented by floral and piney accents from Centennial. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt character supports the hop presentation. The fermentation profile is clean with negligible esters.

Taste. Initial impression is dominated by punchy citrus and resinous hops. Mid-palate reveals medium-low grainy malt with a touch of toasted cracker. Hop flavors of orange, grapefruit, and floral spice are at the forefront. Bitterness is firm and medium-high, consistent with the style's 40-70 IBU range, and is well-integrated without being harsh. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering citrus and pine aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a refreshing bite. Features a very light, smooth alcohol warmth appropriate for 6% ABV. No perceived astringency.
