Simple Session is a vibrant Session IPA designed for high drinkability without sacrificing hop complexity. The sensory profile is led by the distinctive honeydew and strawberry notes of Huell Melon, complemented by the resinous pine and zesty citrus of Centennial hops. Idaho 7 adds layers of tropical fruit and a hint of black tea to the aromatic bouquet. Despite its light 3.2% frame, it maintains an assertive bitterness and a crisp, dry finish typical of the American IPA style. Bright gold in the glass with a clean malt backdrop, this beer offers a refreshing, fruit-forward experience that highlights modern hop artistry.

Appearance. Medium gold (approx 6 SRM). Clear to slightly hazy. Medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent notes of honeydew melon and strawberry from Huell Melon, supported by floral grapefruit and pine from Centennial. Subtle tropical fruit and resinous tea notes from Idaho 7. Low, clean, grainy maltiness in the background.

Taste. High hop flavor featuring melon, citrus, and tropical fruit. Firm hop bitterness is balanced by a very low, clean, grainy malt profile. Centennial provides a classic grapefruit finish, while Idaho 7 adds complexity with piney and zesty notes. Finishes dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a smooth texture. Moderate to high carbonation. Very clean with no alcohol warmth and no harshness or astringency.
