This refined German Pils offers a sophisticated layering of flavor, beginning with a base of grainy, cracker-like Continental Pilsner malt. The traditional herbal and spicy hop profile is brightened by a distinctive citrus twist, providing a vibrant modern edge. Conditioning on French and American oak cubes introduces a subtle structural complexity, adding whispers of toasted vanilla and light tannin without overshadowing the style's signature crispness. It pours a brilliant deep straw with a persistent, creamy white head. The finish is impeccably dry and refreshing, balancing firm hop bitterness with a clean, mineral snap that highlights the elegant marriage of wood and classic lager precision.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high spicy and herbal hop intensity with a bright citrus zest. Low grainy-sweet malt character reminiscent of toasted crackers and light honey. Subtle undertones of toasted vanilla and wood from French and American oak conditioning. Clean fermentation profile.
