This effervescent Wild Specialty Beer offers a vivid, fruit-forward experience defined by its dainty yet zesty profile. The sensory profile is dominated by an intensive raspberry addition, which provides a bright, jammy aroma complemented by the subtle floral sweetness of peach and the sharp, acidic prickle of sour cherry. On the palate, the tartness is luminous and refreshing, showcasing the lean, bone-dry character of a wild fermentation. The raspberry provides a deep red-fruit core without sugary weight, while the peach softens the mid-palate before a crisp, zingy cherry finish. It is a light-bodied, highly carbonated sour with a clean, puckering elegance.

Appearance. Pours a vibrant, hazy rose to deep pink hue with a frothy, light pink head that dissipates moderately quickly, leaving a fine ring of lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh, seedy raspberry and tart red cherry; a secondary delicate stone fruit note of peach emerges as it warms. Very low earthy funk with a clean, sharp lactic acidity.

Taste. Immediate burst of tart raspberry and acidic sour cherry. The peach provides a light, rounded fruitiness that bridges the sharp acidity. Minimal hop bitterness and no malt sweetness; the finish is bone-dry, crisp, and lingering with a refreshing fruit 'zing'.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied with a crisp, lively high carbonation. No alcohol warmth. Includes a very slight fruit-skin astringency that enhances the dry, refreshing finish.
