On the palate, the intense hop load translates into layers of evergreen and apricot, balanced by a firm, crisp bitterness that lingers into a dry finish. Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-11 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head and fine lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pine resin, grapefruit, and subtle passionfruit. Malt is low and neutral, providing a light crackery background. Clean fermentation with a very soft alcohol presence.

Taste. Assertive hop flavors of pine needles, citrus peel, and stone fruit. Bitterness is high but clean and non-harsh. Malt flavor is low and supportive, lacking heavy caramel. Finish is dry with a long, resinous, and bitter aftertaste.
