Bright Lucidity reimagines the classic German Pils with a vibrant, modern hop punch. A crisp, cracker-like malt foundation provides a clean canvas for the punchy aromatics of Mosaic, Motueka Cryo, and Columbus Cryo hops. While maintaining the high attenuation and refreshing bitterness expected of the style, this lager bursts with layers of zesty lime, dark berries, and a touch of resinous pine. It is a brilliant marriage of Old World precision and New World hop intensity, finishing bone-dry with a lingering, floral bitterness that invites another sip, perfectly balancing its elevated hopping with a traditional, lean profile.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (SRM 2-4); brilliant clarity; large, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring Mosaic's blueberry and tropical fruit, Motueka Cryo's bright lime zest, and Columbus Cryo's herbal, resinous undertones. Low grainy-sweet, cracker-like malt character. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial light, grainy-sweet malt flavor is quickly overcome by a bold hop presence and high bitterness. Flavors of lime, tropical fruit, and pine resin predominate. The finish is very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and a touch of minerality in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body; high carbonation; crisp and refreshing with a slight flinty sharpness and very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
