Weightless delivers a vibrant sensory profile defined by an intense hop trio of Nelson, Simcoe, and Nectaron Cryo. This Hazy IPA opens with a punchy aromatic display of crushed white grapes, passion fruit, and zesty grapefruit, anchored by a delicate resinous pine. On the palate, the Nectaron Cryo contributes lush layers of peach and nectarine, while the Nelson provides a sophisticated dry white wine character. The malt profile is intentionally soft and pillowy, offering a subtle bready foundation that carries the high-impact tropical flavors through a smooth, juicy finish with restrained bitterness and no harshness.

Appearance. Pours a luminous straw to pale gold (4 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and no visible particulates. It is crowned by a dense, white, meringue-like head with exceptional retention and thick, persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring dominant notes of ripe nectarine, passion fruit, and gooseberry, supported by a subtle dank pine and citrus zest. Low bready and grainy malt character in the background with clean, fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of juicy peach, mango, and white grape. Low malt flavor providing a neutral cereal and soft oat-like sweetness. Perceived bitterness is moderate but soft and well-integrated, leading to an off-dry, juice-like finish with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.
