This expressive West Coast IPA showcases a vibrant collision of Southern Hemisphere and Pacific Northwest hop profiles. An intense aromatic bouquet of sweet citrus, pineapple, and passionfruit is driven by a heavy dry-hop addition of Nectaron, supported by the resinous depth of Simcoe and berry-like notes of Mosaic Cryo. The palate offers a smooth transition from ripe stone fruit and tropical flavors to a distinctly dry, grassy finish. True to its roots, it delivers a firm, lingering bitterness that remains clean and refreshing. At 6.5% ABV, it balances punchy hop saturation with high drinkability and a lean, supportive malt structure.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant medium gold with a persistent, frothy white head that leaves consistent lacing. Exceptional clarity typical of the style, though a very faint, luminous haze may be present from the heavy dry-hop additions.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, passionfruit, and zesty citrus. Beneath the tropical fruit, a subtle resinous pine and light floral spice emerge. Malt remains in the background as a low, clean, crackery graininess with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Leading with vibrant stone fruit and tropical flavors, the taste quickly evolves into a firm, clean bitterness. The malt provides a low, grainy support without significant caramel. It concludes with a dry, slightly grassy finish and a long, hoppy aftertaste of grapefruit pith and pine resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture that avoids being heavy. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp, tongue-scrubbing effect. Alcohol provides a very light, well-integrated warmth without any harshness or astringency.
