DosKiwis Argot is an assertive Double IPA that leans into a contemporary, hazy profile. A vibrant bouquet of tropical fruit dominates the sensory experience, driven by a heavy-handed addition of Citra and Nectaron Cryo hops, which deliver intense notes of juicy stone fruit and ripe pineapple. Strata hops provide a complex undercurrent of passionfruit and a subtle herbal resin. The malt profile is intentionally soft and supportive, providing a smooth, creamy foundation for the massive lupulin punch. It finishes with a restrained bitterness and a gentle alcohol warmth that highlights its strength without sacrificing its remarkably high drinkability.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a thick, persistent white head that leaves dense lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring potent tropical notes of pineapple and mango from Citra and Nectaron. Distinctive passionfruit and berry nuances from Strata are present. Background malt is neutral, bready, and low. Fermentation is clean with light fruity esters.

Taste. Initial burst of sweet tropical fruit, peach, and citrus zest. Moderately high bitterness provides balance but avoids harshness. Malt flavor is low, suggesting soft, bready grains. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering nectar-like fruitiness and subtle citrus pith.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Subtle, smooth alcohol warmth is present. No hop-derived astringency.
