This Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant, juice-like sensory experience, defined by an explosion of tropical fruit character from a massive hopping rate. At 6.9% ABV, the beer presents a luminous, opaque appearance that sets the stage for a high-intensity aromatic profile of mango, pineapple, and citrus zest. A subtle, bready malt backbone provides a soft platform for the hops to shine without competing. On the palate, the fruit-driven complexity is lush and smooth, featuring a restrained bitterness that avoids any harsh edges. Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with a profound, opaque haze that gives the beer a bright shine. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus notes. Very low, neutral, grainy malt character in the background. Fermentation esters are supportive and fruity, with no noticeable hop grassiness or herbal quality.
Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavors including mango, guava, and citrus. Low grainy-bready malt flavor. Perceived bitterness is low-medium and well-integrated, providing enough balance to prevent cloying sweetness without being sharp. The finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Provides a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Absent of any harshness, astringency, or acidic twang.
