Domaine Pinnacle Cidre de Glace (Ice Cider)

Domaine Pinnacle family farm is located in a picturesque corner of the Eastern District of Quebec, close to Pinnacle Mountain and the historic village of Freligshburg. The current owners have a beautiful manor house, as well as 174 hectares of orchard are Charles and Suzanne Crawford. After the acquisition of this property in 2000, the couple began production of ice cider, an official release which was settled in Quebec since 1999, the year. Freezing concentrates the sugar and flavor in apple juice, forming a sweet, fresh taste of cider.
