This innovative Weissbier reimagines the classic German wheat tradition through an infusion of Omija berries and Gochugaru. The pour displays a characteristic haze with a fluffy white head. On the nose, traditional aromas of banana and clove from the weizen yeast mingle with the unique, five-flavored complexity of Omija—offering hints of tart berry and subtle floral notes. The palate is defined by bready wheat and a creamy texture, punctuated by the earthy, mild heat of Gochugaru that provides a dynamic, spicy lift. This balanced interplay between yeast esters and Korean spices results in a refreshingly punchy and vibrant finish.
Appearance. Pale straw to gold with a hazy, luminescent clarity; supports a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent retention.
