This elevated Witbier reimagines the classic Belgian wheat profile by swapping traditional coriander and orange for vibrant Galangal and Makrut lime. The pour is characteristically hazy, releasing a fragrant citrus-earthy perfume where the Makrut lime provides a sharp lemon-lime burst against the subtle, ginger-like warmth of the Galangal. A simple base of unmalted wheat provides a soft, bready foundation with hints of honey, supporting the spice-forward character. At 6.2% ABV, it carries slightly more weight than a standard version, yet remains refreshingly crisp with high carbonation and a dry, aromatic finish that lingers with herbal complexity.

Appearance. Very pale straw with a milky, whitish-yellow shine and a persistent, dense, white moussy head. Strong starch and yeast haze creates a characteristically opaque, cloudy appearance with excellent lacing.
