This Imperial Stout is a decadent sensory exploration of Greek Loukoumades, delivering an intense profile of deep-roasted grains and pastry-inspired luxury. The aroma is dominated by rich chocolate and earthy pecan, accented by a distinct, warming cinnamon spice. On the palate, the 10% ABV provides a velvety warmth that carries flavors of bittersweet cocoa, toasted nuts, and dark forest fruits. While the malt provides a sturdy backbone of espresso and charred crust, the finish remains plush and lingering, reflecting the honeyed sweetness of a donut. It is a complex, full-bodied experience where spicy, nutty, and roasty elements meld into a harmonious dessert character.

Appearance. Opaque and jet black (40 SRM). Pours with a dense, persistent dark tan head that exhibits moderate retention and significant lacing. High viscosity is visible in the glass through prominent legs.

Aroma. High intensity and complex. Dominant notes of bittersweet chocolate and roasted coffee beans meld with a distinct nutty pecan character. Spicy cinnamon provides a warm aromatic lift, supported by secondary esters of dried plum and black currant. Hop aroma is very low, entirely overshadowed by the rich malt and specialty ingredients.

Taste. The initial impression is richly sweet and roasty. Heavy cocoa and dark chocolate flavors transition into toasted pecan in the mid-palate. Cinnamon provides a spicy counterpoint to the deep malt sweetness. Bitterness is medium-high but feels moderate due to the high residual sugar and adjuncts. The finish is long, warming, and moderately sweet with a lingering aftertaste of roasted grain and spice.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and exceptionally chewy with a luscious, velvety, and creamy texture. Carbonation is low to moderate. A smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable but lacks any sharp or solventy edges.
