This Double Hazy IPA offers a saturated sensory experience driven by a powerhouse quartet of Enigma, Vic Secret, Galaxy, and Citra hops. The aroma leads with intense notes of passion fruit and pineapple, followed by layers of ripe melon and red currants. On the palate, a soft, pillowy texture carries flavors of zesty tangerine and stone fruit, supported by a subtle, bready malt backbone. Despite its high strength, the alcohol provides only a gentle warmth, enhancing the beer's juicy character. It finishes with a restrained bitterness and a lingering tropical resonance, epitomizing the modern, fruit-forward profile of the Hazy IPA style.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold with an orange hue (4-6 SRM); opaque, consistent haze with a luminous shine. Massive, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of passion fruit, pineapple, and mango from Galaxy and Vic Secret, complemented by Citra’s lime zest. Enigma adds complex notes of raspberry and Pinot Gris grape. Low bready, doughy malt sits in the far background with no caramel or toast present.

Taste. A tropical fruit explosion dominates the initial impression, showcasing peach and guava flavors. Medium-low bitterness is exceptionally smooth, never harsh or grassy. Malt provides a light cracker and flour-like support. The finish is off-dry and lush, with a long aftertaste of citrus oils and stone fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and round body. Moderate carbonation. Smooth, silk-like texture with a noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth that remains pleasant. No astringency or raw starch texture.
