Dois Corvos Ain’t No Saint
Ain’t No Saint is a vibrant Witbier that captures the classic Belgian profile with a refreshing, modern touch. Pouring a milky, pale straw color, it leads with an aromatic bouquet of lemony coriander seeds and bright orange zest. The light body is characterized by a grainy, bready malt foundation, enriched by fruity yeast esters. Zesty citrus notes intertwine with a subtle, spicy hop character, providing a crisp, effervescent experience. The finish is remarkably dry and clean, balanced by a low bitterness that allows the herbal complexity of the spices and the delicate wheat sweetness to linger pleasantly on the palate.
Appearance. Very pale straw-yellow with a distinct, milky cloudiness from starch haze. It supports a dense, moussy white head with excellent retention and lacing.
