"C’est pourquoi nous avons décidé de brasser une bière de blé plutôt légère, où la levure n’exprimerait que peu d’esters, comparé aux esters typiques de ses cousines allemandes et belges. Nous y ajoutons de la pêche, afin d’en faire une blanche fruitée et agréable à boire. Une bière d’été pour sûr !"
