Doggerlander Jack’s IPA captures the bold, approachable spirit of a classic West Coast American IPA. It presents an inviting copper-amber hue with a sensory profile dominated by intense citric hop notes and light fruity esters. The malt presence is supportive yet substantial, offering a medium-light grainy backbone that balances the pronounced bitterness. Reflecting its namesake, Jack the Bullmastiff, the character is both strong and friendly, finishing with a crisp, refreshing dryness. High citrus aromas lead into a deep hop flavor that lingers on the palate, showcasing a well-executed balance between intense hop character and a clean fermentation profile.
