Dogfish Head

This Hazy IPA pours with a characteristic luminous glow, fueled by a base of pilsener malt and malted wheat that provides a soft, bready foundation. Dogfish Head’s signature continual hopping with Cascade creates a nuanced citrus backbone, while a heavy late-fermentation dry-hop of Citra, Azacca, Mosaic, and El Dorado unleashes a torrential storm of tropical fruit. Expect vibrant layers of mango, pineapple, and ripe stone fruit to dominate the senses. The mouthfeel is notably plush and smooth, leading to a juicy, low-bitterness finish that highlights the complex hop expression and biotransformation of these modern varieties.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (3–7 SRM); opaque with a consistent hazy shine. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
