Dogfish Head

Aprihop is a sophisticated Fruit Beer that masterfully integrates a robust India Pale Ale base with the succulent character of apricot puree. This golden-orange ale leads with a vibrant bouquet of sun-ripened apricots intertwined with resinous and floral late hop additions typical of the style. The malt profile provides a honey-like sweetness that anchors the stone fruit, preventing the finish from becoming overly thin.
