The sensory journey begins with a vibrant hop profile, where Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc hops deliver a refreshing bouquet of bright orange, tropical passion fruit, and a delicate touch of lemongrass. This is layered over a base of wheat malt that provides a soft, bready foundation. Fermentation character is key, contributing distinct notes of banana and spicy clove that weave through the fruit. The result is a smooth, deceptively drinkable beer with a crisp, aromatic finish.
Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (SRM 4–7). Significant haze from wheat malt and yeast. Dense, white, persistent head with fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent orange and lemongrass notes from Mandarina Bavaria, with a tropical passion fruit character from Hallertau Blanc. Phenolic spicy clove and fruity banana esters are noticeable, supported by a bready, grainy wheat malt presence.
