The pour reveals a vibrant, sunset-orange hue reminiscent of its vegetable inspiration. On the nose, intense notes of freshly grated ginger and warm cinnamon mingle with an earthy sweetness. The palate follows suit, delivering layers of sweet carrot and nutmeg against a soft, bready malt backdrop that evokes a baked-goods character.
