Ginger Beer 5 º
Idun captures the essence of spring through a vibrant marriage of zesty botanicals and orchard fruit. This Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer leads with the invigorating, sharp heat of fresh ginger, which is immediately softened by the bright, tart character of crisp apples. Appearance. Deep gold to amber-honey hue (SRM 6-9). Pours with a moderate, off-white head that fades somewhat quickly due to adjunct oils, leaving light lacing. Slight haze is present, reflecting its botanical origins.
