Ambika is a vibrant Spice, Herb, or Vegetable Beer that masterfully balances a pungent ginger heat with luscious tropical fruit. The aroma is dominated by freshly grated ginger and the sweet, tangy perfume of ripe mango and passionfruit. Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, refreshing texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, enhancing the prickle of the ginger. There is a distinctive ginger-derived warmth on the tongue and throat, though the alcohol remains well-integrated.
