This flagship Hazy IPA presents an invitingly lush profile driven by a heavy double dry-hopping of Citra, Idaho 7, and El Dorado. The sensory experience is defined by a ridiculously juicy character, where the Citra contributes bright layers of grapefruit and lime zest, while El Dorado adds sweet notes of candied pineapple and stone fruit. Idaho 7 rounds out the profile with pungent tropical fruit and a hint of resinous pine. Together, these hops create a vibrant, fruit-forward bouquet over a soft, pillowy malt base. It is a smooth, approachable take on the style that emphasizes a deep hop saturation and aroma over sharp bitterness.
Appearance. 3–6 SRM. Pours a hazy, glowing pale gold with an opaque shine. It is topped by a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head that exhibits high retention and leaves dense lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring saturated notes of ripe mango, pineapple, and apricot. Citra-driven lime and tangerine zest are prominent, supported by a clean, lightly bready malt background. Fermentation esters are fruity and well-integrated with the tropical hop profile.
Taste. The flavor is dominated by high fruit-forward hop expressions of passion fruit, peach, and citrus juice. Low, neutral malt flavors of soft grain and wheat provide a supportive base.
