Twisted Apparition is a vibrantly hop-forward American Pale Ale that belies its pale, ghostly appearance with a punchy sensory profile. The hop trio of Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic drives a high-intensity aroma of ripe mango, passionfruit, and bright grapefruit pith, underscored by subtle resinous pine. On the palate, the light, grainy malt base allows these tropical and citrus notes to shine without heavy caramel interference. A firm but clean bitterness anchors the experience, leading to a crisp, dry finish. It is a modern, refreshing take on the style that emphasizes hop aromatics over malt weight.
