Tim From Finance is a vibrant Hazy IPA designed for high drinkability without sacrificing sensory impact. A distinctive hop blend of Cascade, HBC630, and Lemondrop drives an aromatic profile rich in zesty lemon, bright grapefruit, and subtle red berry notes. The appearance is a characteristic hazy straw with a persistent white head. On the palate, the soft, bready malt provides a smooth foundation for juicy citrus and stone fruit flavors, balanced by a restrained, non-lingering bitterness. At 5.2% ABV, it maintains a medium, approachable body and a clean, refreshing finish that emphasizes its modern hop character over heavy sweetness.

Appearance. Pours a hazy, pale straw to light gold (SRM 4) with a medium-sized, rocky white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent lemon zest from Lemondrop, grapefruit and floral notes from Cascade, and a unique raspberry or sweet cherry undertone from HBC630. Malt character is low and bready, providing a clean, neutral background without caramel or toast.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and citrus fruit. Lemondrop and Cascade provide bright lemon and citrus peel flavors, while HBC630 adds a complex fruitiness reminiscent of stone fruit and berries. Low to medium-low bitterness ensures a soft profile. Malt is lightly grainy and supportive with an off-dry, clean finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle sparkle on the tongue. Light alcohol warmth is well-integrated, consistent with its 5.2% ABV. No astringency or harshness.
