Disruption is Brewing

The Fog is a spectral Hazy IPA that pours with an ethereal, opaque glow, channeling the ghostly smoothness of an Oat Cream base. The supernatural hop trio of Cashmere, Vista, and Superdelic conjures an intense atmospheric presence, leading with vibrant waves of tropical mango and lush stone fruits. Zesty citrus notes pierce through the haze, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone that evokes a delicate, creamy sweetness. This medium-full bodied ale glides across the palate with a velvety texture, finishing with a restrained, juicy bitterness that lingers like a fading apparition. It is a hauntingly balanced expression of modern hop alchemy.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and stone fruit (ripe peach) driven by Vista and Superdelic. Bright zesty citrus and hints of sweet melon from Cashmere. Malt is subtle, providing a clean, bready, and slightly sweet oat-like character. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit punch and citrus zest. Lush peach and apricot flavors dominate the mid-palate, transitioning into a candy-like berry sweetness. Malt flavor is low but provides a soft, grainy foundation. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, well-integrated and never harsh. The finish is smooth and off-dry, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creamy, velvety texture from the use of oats. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a soft mouthfeel. Very light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency or hop burn.
