This Belgian Single is a sessionable Table Beer that prioritizes drinkability without sacrificing character. At a delicate 3% ABV, it presents a bright, effervescent profile defined by a spicy Belgian yeast strain, throwing notes of white pepper and clove against a backdrop of crisp pear and lemon zest. Pilsner malt provides a lean, cracker-like foundation that supports a firm bitterness and floral hop presence. Exceptionally dry and highly carbonated, this pale gold ale is designed for the table, offering a refreshing, clean finish that invites repeated sips while maintaining a sophisticated, yeast-forward complexity.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a dense, billowy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing on the glass.
