This Wild Specialty Beer delivers an evocative sensory experience of Key Lime Pie, defined by an intense, zesty citrus punch. The profile is anchored by a sharp, refreshing lactic acidity from the wild fermentation, which is artfully softened by the addition of aromatic vanilla. This ingredient creates a creamy, sweet counterpoint to the vibrant lime, mimicking the character of a rich custard and buttery crust. While the acidity remains the driving force, the vanilla rounds out the finish, ensuring a balanced, dessert-inspired character that remains crisp and highly drinkable, serving as a bright and electric tonic for warm weather.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (SRM 3-5) with a slight, natural haze. The white, bubbly head is thin and shows low retention, characteristic of highly acidic wild ales.
