This vibrant American Pale Ale delivers a modern sensory journey driven by a stellar hop showcase. Inviting aromas of bright orange from Citra hops and luscious peach from Galaxy hops immediately fill the glass, complemented by the distinctive white wine and gooseberry notes of Nelson Sauvin hops. On the palate, a clean, supportive malt base of neutral grains allows these complex fruit flavors to shine. A crisp, balanced bitterness frames the fruit-forward profile, leading into a refreshing, off-dry finish that leaves a lingering impression of citrus zest and tropical warmth. It is a highly drinkable, hop-focused experience with wonderful depth.
Appearance. Pale golden to light amber with brilliant clarity. Supports a moderately large, frothy white head with good retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high hop aroma showcasing bright notes of white grape, gooseberry, fresh peach, and sweet orange. Backed by a low, clean, neutral to lightly grainy malt sweetness. Very clean fermentation profile with negligible yeast esters.

Hop bitterness is moderate to firm, balancing the fruit-forward sweetness. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a pleasant, non-harsh lingering hop flavor of citrus peel.
