The aromatic intensity is driven by Nectaron, contributing deep layers of succulent stone fruits, while Nelson Sauvin adds a distinct signature of crushed gooseberry and white wine grapes. Despite its hazy appearance, the beer maintains a light and approachable 4.7% ABV. A gentle, grainy malt base supports a tropical palate, leading to a refreshing finish characterized by a bright grapefruit twist. Appearance. Pale straw to light golden (SRM 4-6). Persistent, frothy white head with good retention and lacing. Hazy and opaque, reflecting a modern soft-textured approach rather than traditional brilliance.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent peach and nectarine from Nectaron, complemented by the vinous, gooseberry, and tropical fruit character of Nelson Sauvin. Low grainy malt sweetness and a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. The palate is a burst of tropical fruit and stone fruit. Nelson Sauvin provides tart gooseberry notes, while Nectaron offers ripe apricot. Moderate bitterness supports the hops without being harsh. The finish is clean and dry with a lingering grapefruit zest aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a soft, rounded texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a crispness. Negligible alcohol warmth given the sessionable ABV.
