Disruption is Brewing

This Hazy IPA presents an intense sensory escape, delivering a vibrant and tangy sweet profile driven by saturated citrus and tropical notes. Immediate aromas of fresh satsuma and bright lemon zest lead the charge, followed closely by a lush, succulent melon character that defines the mid-palate. The beer captures the classic soft and pillowy essence of the style, offering massive hop saturation with a restrained, integrated bitterness. A clean, bready malt foundation allows the fruit-forward hop oils to remain the focus, resulting in a refreshing experience that emphasizes juice-like qualities and a smooth, modern finish without any harsh resinous bite.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM) with a characteristic opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. It is topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aromatics featuring prominent satsuma, tangerine, and lemon zest. Supportive notes of sweet honeydew melon and tropical fruit are backed by a low, grainy, bready malt character and clean fermentation esters.

Taste. The flavor is a fruit-heavy explosion of citrus pulp and sweet melon. Malt character is low and doughy, providing a platform for the 'tangy' hop notes. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft due to the fuller body. It finishes smooth and off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture and no astringency. Carbonation is moderate, and there is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength.
