Disruption is Brewing

Demockracy is a vibrantly expressive American IPA that defies its sessionable ABV with a massive aromatic punch. Generously double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, it delivers an olfactory explosion of tropical fruit and ripe berries. Bright lemon zest notes from the Citra play against a sensory backdrop of passion fruit and piney resin. Despite its lighter stature, the beer maintains a clear focus on hop intensity, offering a crisp, refreshing profile designed for high drinkability. The malt remains a clean, supportive stage for the trio of powerhouse hops to shine, resulting in a modern, hop-forward experience that is both bold and remarkably accessible.

Appearance. Medium gold in color with a slight haze consistent with heavy dry hopping. Features a persistent, fine-beaded white head with good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, blueberry, and tropical fruit. Distinct notes of lemon zest and grapefruit are present, supported by a light resinous and passion fruit character. Malt is very low and neutral.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impression of tropical fruit and mixed berries. Clean, grainy malt flavors are low, allowing the hop complexity of citrus and pine to lead. Bitterness is moderate and firm. The finish is medium-dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. Refreshing and clean with no alcohol warmth or harshness.
