Disruption is Brewing

This Double IPA is an expressive, fruit-forward powerhouse designed as a sensory juice bomb. The experience is dominated by an intense hop profile featuring Azacca, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Ekuanot. Aromas of ripe mango, papaya, and bright citrus peel from the Azacca and Mosaic lead the charge, supported by a subtle, resinous pine undertone from the Simcoe. On the palate, the Ekuanot adds layers of melon and pithy grapefruit. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer maintains a smooth, creamy texture and a soft bitterness, emphasizing tropical fruit saturation over harsh edges. A lean, neutral malt base allows the complex, modern hop character to remain the undisputed focal point.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (7–9 SRM). Opaque and hazy. Large, dense, white head with excellent persistence and heavy lacing.

Aroma. Intense tropical fruit punch. High notes of mango, pineapple, and passionfruit from Mosaic and Azacca. Secondary notes of blueberry and citrus zest, with a clean, resinous pine back-note from Simcoe. Low, neutral, bready malt background.

Taste. Initial burst of saturated tropical juice. High hop flavors of guava, melon, and tangerine. Bitterness is firm but rounded and smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering nectar-like fruitiness and a touch of dank resin. Malt provides soft, bready support without caramel or toast.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth. Very low astringency.
