This Hazy IPA highlights the vibrant, multifaceted character of Nectaron hops, delivering a punchy and tropical sensory experience. The pour reveals a glowing, opaque appearance with a persistent white head. On the nose, intense aromas of sun-ripened peach, tropical pineapple, and zesty grapefruit dominate, supported by a subtle, bready malt backbone. The palate follows suit with a soft, pillowy texture and luscious stone fruit flavors that meld with a restrained, smooth bitterness. Finishing off-dry and refreshingly juicy, the beer showcases excellent hop biotransformation without any harshness, embodying a modern, fruit-forward profile with exceptional drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3–6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy glow; no visible particulates or yeast clumps. Topped with a dense, long-lasting, meringue-like white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by Nectaron hop aromas featuring ripe peach, passionfruit, and pineapple. Background notes of sweet citrus zest and grapefruit. Malt is low, presenting as light dough or fresh crackers. Clean fermentation with faint fruity esters that complement the hop profile.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical fruit and stone fruit. Strong Nectaron-driven flavors of peach and pineapple. Low to medium-low bitterness provides just enough balance against the grainy, bready malt. Fermentation is clean. The finish is smooth, off-dry, and lingering with a soft, juicy aftertaste, devoid of hop burn or astringency.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, silky, and rounded texture. Moderate carbonation. No alcohol warmth at this ABV level. Smooth and supple on the tongue without being heavy or viscous; lacks any acidic twang or raw starch texture.
