The aroma leads with a punchy tropical intensity driven by Azacca, layered with the complex berry and stone fruit notes of Mosaic. A foundational piney resin from Simcoe provides a classic counterpoint to the fruit-forward profile. On the palate, a clean, neutral malt base allows these hop characteristics to shine, offering flavors of mango, citrus peel, and earthy spruce.
