Another crisp, clean and intensely hoppy foray into the world of Bright hoppy beers..

Building on lessons learnt from Driving That Train, this bright pale ale utilises Californian ale yeast for a cleaner yeast ester profile paired with a stonking hop combination of Krush, Citra and Mosaic.

The results, which may or may not vary, is a layered mango, orange and citrus-forward pale with stripped back malt and yeast presence. The hops are dialled up while other parts of the beer are dialled back allowing for a truly delicious drinking experience.
