Mit dem Think For Yourself #4 führt die DEYA Brewing Company ihre Forschungsreise durch die Welt der neuseeländischen Hopfen fort. Nachdem die dritte Ausgabe als leichteres Pale Ale konzipiert war, kehrt die Nummer 4 mit 6,5 % Alkoholgehalt zur vollen Intensität eines New England IPAs zurück.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Clayton Hops wurden für diesen Sud die experimentellen Sorten NZ Rhapzody und CIP 076 ausgewählt. Diese Kombination sorgt für ein hochexplosives Aromenprofil, das an einen tropischen Obstkorb erinnert: Erwarte intensive Noten von spritziger Limette, süßer Mandarine und einen Hauch von Passionsfrucht. Durch die für DEYA typische Malzmischung mit hohen Anteilen an Weizen und Hafer ist das Mundgefühl extrem weich, saftig und blickdicht trübe.
