This Hazy IPA showcases the brewery’s house yeast, pushing esters to the forefront with a distinct peach and tropical profile. The grist creates a fluffy, soft foundation for a complex hop blend. Motueka provides bright lime and tropical notes, while Krush adds deep stone fruit layers. Simcoe rounds out the experience with a signature resinous pine hit that balances the juice-forward character. Expect a vibrant fruit medley ranging from mango to passion fruit, supported by a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel and a restrained bitterness that ensures high drinkability and a clean, refreshing finish.

Appearance. 3–6 SRM. Pale gold and opaque with a soft, hazy shine; features a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominated by ripe peach, mango, and lime zest. Light bready, grainy malt in the background. Significant fruity yeast esters harmonize with the hops, accompanied by a faint, clean resinous pine note.

Taste. Initial soft sweetness from bready malt followed by massive tropical flavors of passion fruit and citrus. High fruity hop flavor from Krush and Motueka is balanced by a moderate bitterness. Simcoe contributes a classic piney complexity in the aftertaste. The finish is off-dry, smooth, and clean.
